Privacy policy

Long Hop Cricket for iPhone · effective 19 October 2026

In short: Long Hop Cricket collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your club is saved only on your iPhone, and nothing about you or how you use the app is sent to us or to anyone else.

What the app stores

To keep your game going between sessions, the app saves your club on your device: the club name and colours you chose, your squad and orders, match results, the season calendar and tables, and your settings. This save is kept in the app's own storage on your iPhone. It never leaves the device through the app.

If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or to a computer, that backup may include the app's save, as it does for most apps. Those backups are handled by Apple under your Apple account settings, not by us.

What the app does not do

The player and club names in the game are invented by the game.

Children

Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.

Deleting your data

To erase your club, open Settings in the app (the gear at the top right) and choose Delete this club. Deleting the app from your iPhone removes everything it stored.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app changes what it stores or begins to use the internet, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the effective date above will change.
